Job Description
- Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Support with end-to-end recruitment processes including advertising vacancies, shortlisting, arranging interviews, and issuing offers. Conduct reference checks and ensure right-to-work compliance. Support onboarding and ensure induction processes are followed for all new starters.
- Employee Relations: Lead on allocation of fact find investigations to the Operations Team. Responsible for ensuring they are completed within group framework. Lead on all disciplinaries. Lead on complex fact find investigations. Lead on any HR/People related matters, such as grievance, flexible working requests. Drive complaints/queries.
- HR Administration: Lead on maintaining and updating employee records on the Natural HR system.
- Absence Management: Monitor sickness absence and ensure all return to works are completed with employees. Lead on absence disciplinaries. Long Term Sickness Management.
