Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum

Contract: 12-month Fixed Term Contract (likely to roll on)

Shift pattern: Sunday 16:00-06:00, Monday-Thursday 22:00-06:00

The Role

Our client, a global leader in currency and cash-cycle technology, is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their Milton Keynes-based team on a 12-month fixed term contract, working nights. This is a great opportunity for an organised, detail-focused coordinator who's comfortable working independently overnight, supporting project delivery and keeping things running smoothly while the rest of the business sleeps.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activity and scheduling across the night shift, liaising with engineers, site teams, and stakeholders as needed
  • Track project progress, update trackers/systems, and flag any delays or issues in real time
  • Support the planning and logistics of overnight works, including site and engineer coordination
  • Act as a key point of contact overnight for project-related queries
  • Ensure accurate, timely reporting and handover to the day team
