Job Description
IT Engineer / IT Technician – with a full driving licence
Looking for someone with good IT hardware skills and a full UK drivers’ licence, living in the West of London area anywhere SL, UB, TW or W postcode area.
The role will involve travelling in the fully expensed company van to retail shops across West London, to conduct an on-site assessment of all the IT and EPOS equipment and resolve issues relating to them including hardware swaps, network issues and back-office servers.
Full training will be provided on how to do the survey and repair the equipment.
The role involves taking photographic evidence of any issues found and then compiling the information into a report.
Reporting back to the helpdesk and management team and raising orders to undertake the repairs.
This is a Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 working week (including travel time), with occasional weekend work if required (all paid as overtime).
Package is basic salary of £24200 £1350 London Allowance (£25550) fully expensed Co Van, with overtime all paid at x1.5 Mon – Sat and any Sunday or Bank holidays would be x2.
There’s guaranteed overtime 1 Saturday in 8 and 1 Sunday in 8, which will add a min of £2000+ per annum.
Full time PAYE permanent role with pension, paid holidays, and private health care.
