Responsibilities
- Recruitment
- Support with end-to-end recruitment processes including advertising vacancies, shortlisting, arranging interviews, and issuing offers.
- Conduct reference checks and ensure right-to-work compliance.
- Support onboarding and ensure induction processes are followed for all new starters.
- Employee Relations
- Lead on allocation of fact find investigations to the Operations Team.
- Responsible for ensuring they are completed within group framework.
- Lead on all disciplinaries.
- Lead on complex fact find investigations.
- Lead on any HR / People related matters, such as grievance, flexible working requests, driver complaints / queries.
- HR Administration
- Lead on maintaining and updating employee records on the Natural HR system.
- Monitor sickness absence and ensure all return to works are complete.
