Looking for an experienced Office Administrator to process paperwork from a team of field-based engineers. This role is office-based in Harlow, Essex. Standard hours are 08:30-17:00 Mon-Fri with a 1/2 hour lunch break (40 hours per week).
The role involves mostly processing information from completed service calls and site survey/risk assessments onto the client CRM system (training given). Occasionally you will be scheduling engineers and booking appointments, so must be confident on the phone and communicating over e-mail.
Applicants for this role must have previous experience in a similar office administrative role and be confident on both Word and Excel. You will be required to pass security checks including DBS (criminal records) checks and background references. All applicants must live within a reasonable commute of the office (30 mins).
After probation (6 months) the company offers flexible hybrid working.
