Fire Alarm Engineer - Sub Contractor

Fire Alarm Engineer – subcontractor 3 months initially

Looking for an experienced Fire Alarm Engineer to operate in the SE / SW London area doing reactive maintenance and service calls on addressable and conventional systems in blocks of flats.

This role is offered as a 3 month contract on a day rate of £250 per day. (There is a full time permanent job available if interested)

The contractor must have own vehicle, PLI (insurance), and will be required to achieve eLearning courses on: Asbestos Awareness, Working at Heights / Ladder Safety, Manual Handling and Electrical Safety.

The client will reimburse against receipts the Congestion Charge CC (+ parking reimbursed).

As this job is to support a large housing associations properties you will have a parking permit for the resident car parks. If you did incur parking costs, this can be claimed against receipts.
