Seed Recruitment are currently seeking a qualified, passionate Nursery Practitioner. If you are level 2 or 3 qualified or have an interest in pursuing a career in childcare, then this is the nursery for you! There are plenty of ways to progress and fantastic training and support are offered.
Duties will include:
- Contributing to a programme of activities suitable to the age range of children in your area, in conjunction with other staff.
- Supporting all staff and engaging in a good staff team.
- Liaising with and supporting parents and other family members.
- Attending out of working hours activities, e.g. training, monthly staff meetings, parents' evenings, summer fayre, Christmas party, etc.
- Being flexible within working practices of the Nursery.
- Helping where needed, including undertaking certain domestic jobs within the Nursery, e.g. preparation of snack meals, cleansing of equipment, etc.
- Working alongside the manager and staff team to ensure that the philosophy behind the project is fulfilled.
- Recording accidents in the accident book.
