Our client, a medium size nursing home, are looking for a care assistant to start ASAP doing nights or days.
Duties will include:
- Supporting the activities of daily living in a person centred manner
- Promote physical and personal independence as well as choice in all daily activities
- Help in promoting a stimulating and homely environment
- To assist with toileting needs, including continence promotion
- To change beds, tidy rooms and do light cleaning
- To help in the serving of meals
