Our Client are looking for an operations manager, to ensure regulatory compliance, and manage budgets. This role balances high-quality patient care with financial success. Key Responsibilities 1. Quality and Compliance Inspect sites and audit care processes. Ensure homes meet the Care Quality Commission (CQC) rules (or local regulatory standards). Handle clinical risks, safeguarding, and incident reporting. Maintaining quality issues aroundindividual properties Implementingstructural scheduling andOutcome focused 2. Leadership and Development Mentor, coach, and support individual Registered Care Home Managers. Assist with hiring, training, and retaining top staff. 3. Financial Management Manage regional or multi-site budgets. Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure success (like a profit margin goals or 95% occupancy rate). Control costs for staffing, food, and medical supplies. 4. Stakeholder Relations Build strong relationships with residents, their families, and local healthcare authorities. Market the care home to boost occupancy. Qualifications Multi-site management experience in a healthcare setting. A relevant management degree or a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care. The group is also exploring purchasing and building Learning Difficulty Care Homes Adjacent or nearby existing operations. Sites already ACQUIRED The group will also explore opening home care divisions in the south coast.
