Our client, a medium size nursing home are looking for a care assistant to start ASAP doing nights or days.
Duties will include:
- Supporting the activities of daily living in a person centred manner.
- Promote physical and personal independence as well as choice in all daily activities.
- Help in promoting a stimulating and homely environment.
- To assist with toileting needs, including continence promotion.
- To change beds, tidy rooms and do light cleaning.
- To help in the serving of meals.
