Operations Manager - Fire and Security Systems Service and Maintenance Contracts Looking for an experienced field engineering manager to work for a Fire and Security systems company out of their Bromsgrove office (flexible working available). The role is to ensure the team of field based Fire Alarm and Security Systems Engineers maintain contractual KPI's by attending planned and reactive service maintenance and small works projects are completed to standard (mostly by sub-contractors) and that all works adhere to QHSE policies and procedures. The service contracts are across local authority and housing association properties in the Midlands and South West. Applicants must have previous technical experience on Fire Alarm / Security Systems and have led, supervised or managed Field Engineers previously. Package offered depending on experience is £50 - £55K basic, a 10% bonus scheme and company Car or allowance. Applicants must have a full UK drivers licence and no issues passing a DBS check.
