Your Role as Deputy Nursery Manager

Working closely with the Nursery Manager, you will:

  • Support the day-to-day running of the nursery
  • Lead, motivate and inspire a team of 14 practitioners
  • Ensure full compliance with EYFS and safeguarding requirements
  • Oversee staff supervisions, mentoring and development
  • Build strong, professional partnerships with parents
  • Step up as Manager in their absence

This is a hands-on leadership role where your voice, ideas and experience will be valued.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5+ desirable)
  • Previous experience in a senior or supervisory nursery role
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
  • Confident leadership and organisational skills
