A global leader in currency and cash-cycle technology is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their Milton Keynes-based team on a 12-month fixed term contract, working nights. This is a great opportunity for an organised, detail-focused coordinator who's comfortable working independently overnight, supporting project delivery and keeping things running smoothly while the rest of the business sleeps.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activity and scheduling across the night shift, liaising with engineers, site teams, and stakeholders as needed.
- Track project progress, update trackers/systems, and flag any delays or issues in real time.
- Support the planning and logistics of overnight works, including site and engineer coordination.
- Act as a key point of contact overnight for project-related queries.
- Ensure accurate, timely reporting and handover to the day team.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a project coordination, scheduling, or administrative support role.
- Comfortable working independently overnight on a WFH basis.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident communicator, able to liaise across teams and escalate where necessary.
- Willingness to attend site or the Milton Keynes office when working day shifts.
