Project Coordinator
to join their Milton Keynes-based team on a 12-month fixed term contract, working nights. This is a great opportunity for an organised, detail-focused coordinator who's comfortable working independently overnight, supporting project delivery and keeping things running smoothly while the rest of the business sleeps. Key Responsibilities Coordinate project activity and scheduling across the night shift, liaising with engineers, site teams, and stakeholders as needed Track project progress, update trackers/systems, and flag any delays or issues in real time Support the planning and logistics of overnight works, including site and engineer coordination Act as a key point of contact overnight for project-related queries Ensure accurate, timely reporting and handover to the day team What We're Looking For Previous experience in a project coordination, scheduling, or administrative support role Comfortable working independently overnight on a WFH basis Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Confident communicator, able to liaise across teams and escalate where necessary Willingness to attend site or the Milton Keynes office when working day shifts Why Apply?
