Looking for a couple of experienced Electrician / Electrical Improver level candidates to undertake testing and/or maintenance of Emergency Lighting (EML) in social housing environments across Northeast London and Essex.
The work involves testing and swapping faulty lights on existing emergency lighting circuits, primarily in blocks of flats. This role mostly covers the E, IG, RM area.
The role is full-time permanent with a business-expensed company van, uniform, tools, etc.
Salary: £36,000 - £40,000 + company van depending on experience and qualifications.
Minimum Requirements:
- City and Guilds Level 2
- Experience in EML testing and EML certification
- Full manual UK driver's licence, with 1 year+ driving experience and over 21 years old
- Clean DBS (criminal records check)
