Thisisafull-timepermanentrolewithexpensedco.van,tools,uniform,expensescreditcardetc.
TheworkisacrosstheSouthCoastfromSouthamptontoBrighton. AnidealhomelocationwouldbeanywherearoundHavant/Portsmouth/Chichester.
Theclientisalargesocialhousingassociationwith100'sofblocksofflatsandMDUproperties.
TheEmployerholdsBMTradaFireDoorCertificationandisaspecialistinFireLifeSafetySystemscompany.
Servicecallsare1-2manjobsdependingonnatureofissues,youwillmostlyworkonyourown.
StandardhoursMon-Friday08:30-16:30.
Salarydependingonexperience£36-£38K+Van,paidholidays,pension,andbusinessusecompanyvan.

- beanexperiencedCarpenterconfidenthangingawidevarietyofdoors(withideallyFireDoorexperience)
- holdafullmanualUKdriverslicence(max6points)
- haveaclearDBS(criminalrecordscheck)
- livebetweenSouthamptonandBrighton(ideallyinthePOpostcodearea).
Inaddition,youwillalsobetrainedtoundertakeFireDoorInspectionsandcreatereports. xehkeey ApplicantsneedtobeconfidentonIT,e-mails,attaching/uploadingfiles,fillinginonlinereportsetc.
