IT Technician – 1st & 2nd Line Support
Location: London
Salary: £35,000 per annum
We’re looking for an IT Technician to provide onsite support and help keep the business running smoothly. You’ll resolve everyday IT issues, set up equipment and support employees across the organisation, including senior executives.
What you’ll do
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support for computers, software, email, networks and printers.
- Set up IT equipment and manage user accounts and access through Active Directory.
- Handle IT setup and access changes for employees joining, moving roles or leaving.
- Support Microsoft Teams meeting rooms, including cameras, microphones and displays.
- Help colleagues through support tickets, walk-up assistance and regular office floor walks.
- Keep accurate records and work with the IT Manager and suppliers to resolve issues and improve services.
What we’re looking for
- Practical experience in IT support and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, file and print services, and Microsoft Teams.
- Clear communication skills and a friendly, helpful approach.
- Good organisation and the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Confidence supporting users at all levels.
