Level 3 EYFS Practitioner

We are currently recruiting for a Level 3 qualified EYFS Practitioner to join a welcoming early years setting in Kingston on a long-term basis, with an ASAP start.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and nurturing practitioner who is committed to supporting children's early development and creating a positive, stimulating learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Supporting children across the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities through play and exploration.
- Supporting children's communication, language, physical, social and emotional development.
- Observing and assessing children's progress and contributing to learning journeys.
- Creating a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment.
- Building strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
- Supporting positive behaviour and encouraging children's independence and confidence.
- Following safeguarding and health and safety procedures at all times.
Ideal candidate will have:
- A Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare.
- Previous experience working within an EYFS or nursery setting.
- A warm, caring and enthusiastic approach.
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A genuine passion for supporting young children's development.
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or be willing to obtain one.
