Operam Education is assisting a dedicated secondary special school in Twickenham to recruit a SEN Teaching Assistant for a long-term role starting ASAP.
You will support pupils aged 11-16 with Autism and complex learning needs in small, nurturing class groups where your presence truly matters every day.
You will deliver 1:1 and small group support, help pupils build confidence, independence and resilience, and work with EHCPs and personalised learning plans alongside class teachers.
