We’re looking for a motivated, commercially minded Recruitment Consultant to work exclusively with secondary schools, supporting them with high-quality teaching and support staff while building a desk with genuine long-term potential. The Role
As a Secondary Education Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Develop trusted partnerships with secondary schools across London and the South East
- Recruit and place secondary teachers and support staff across a range of subjects
- Take full ownership of your desk, with autonomy over how you grow it
- Represent a well-established brand with excellent client retention and reputation
You’ll work alongside experienced consultants in a collaborative, driven team where success is shared and supported.

- You have experience in recruitment or a strong sales background
- Education recruitment experience is advantageous, particularly within secondary
- You’re confident, organised, and motivated by results
- You value long-term relationships and operate with integrity and professionalism
