We are currently recruiting a Science Technician for a successful secondary school in Kingston Upon Thames. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a science background who enjoys working behind the scenes to support engaging and safe practical lessons.
As a Science Technician, you will work closely with the science department to prepare equipment, maintain resources, and support the smooth running of practical science lessons.
Key responsibilities:
- Preparing and setting up equipment for science lessons
- Maintaining laboratory resources and materials
- Supporting teachers with practical demonstrations and experiments
- Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times
- Assisting with stock control and organisation of the science department
