Horizon Teachers are working with our client based in Battersea to recruit a Premises officer to join their team on a permanent basis, working 36 hours a week year round. We are seeking a Premises manager to spend their time around the school site working alongside the facilities manager to conduct repairs around the school to ensure the school remains safe and welcoming to everybody.
Responsibilities of the School Caretaker will include:
- Conducting repairs around the school
- Performing routine testing on things such as the fire systems
- Checking water at sentinel taps as part of their legionella safety procedures
- Assisting with site rearrangement and set up for site moves and events
The Ideal candidate must have demonstrated School Caretaking experience with the ability to showcase practical DIY Skills and understanding of health and safety regulations.
