Operam Education is partnering with a dedicated secondary SEN provision in Twickenham to recruit a committed SEN Teaching Assistant for a long-term role starting ASAP.

You will support pupils aged 11–16 with Autism and complex learning needs in small classes, helping them build confidence, independence and resilience.

This is an inclusive employer; enhanced DBS required, QTS not mandatory for TA; you'll work with teachers, therapists and support staff to create a calm, engaging environment.
