We’re looking for a caring and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming Primary school in East London from September. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference by supporting children with additional needs in a nurturing, inclusive environment. What you’ll be doing Supporting children with SEND within the mainstream classroom, helping to access learning and thrive both in and out of the classroom. Helping to adapt resources and activities to meet individual needs. Encouraging independence, confidence, and social development. Building strong, positive relationships with students, staff, and parents. What we’re looking for Previous experience supporting children with SEN in a school or education setting. Experience working with EYFS, Key Stage 1 or 2. A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach. Great communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
