We are working with a welcoming and well-regarded primary school in Wandsworth to recruit a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys working with children and wants to make a meaningful difference in a supportive, well-run school environment.

The Role

  • Provide in-class support to pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
  • Work 1:1 or with small groups, supporting learning, engagement and confidence
  • Assist pupils with additional needs
  • Work closely with the class teacher and SEN team
  • Help create a calm, positive and inclusive learning environment
