Pay: £206 to £268 per day (depending on experience)

About the school: We are working with a warm, welcoming and inclusive primary school in Redbridge looking for a confident, nurturing KS1/KS2 Teacher. The school values strong routines, positive behaviour management and high expectations, and wants a teacher who can deliver engaging lessons while supporting all learners to make progress.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons across the Year 1 curriculum, including English, maths and foundation subjects.
- Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEN and ASD.
- Monitor, assess and record pupil progress and use data to inform planning and interventions.
- Work closely with teaching assistants, the SENCO and parents to support pupil wellbeing and attainment.
- Maintain a positive, structured classroom environment that promotes learning and good behaviour.
What we’re looking for:
- QTS (or equivalent) with experience teaching in Key Stage 1, ideally Year 1.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with young children.
- Experience adapting lessons for pupils with SEN, including ASD.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach with staff.
