Cover Supervisor in Oldham

The Education Specialist is seeking a confident and reliable Cover Supervisor to join a well-established secondary school in Oldham, rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted. This is a full-time, long-term position for the remainder of the academic year, providing classroom cover across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4). The school has a strong behaviour policy in place and a supportive senior leadership team, making it an excellent environment for a Cover Supervisor looking to gain experience in a secondary school setting.

The successful Secondary School Cover Supervisor will:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Ensure pupils remain engaged and on task
• Provide feedback to teaching staff on pupil progress and behaviour

• Build strong relationships with pupils and staff
