We are working with a welcoming secondary school in West London seeking a School Administrator / Welfare Officer to join their team from September. This is a hybrid role, combining school office administration with student welfare support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the school.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing school office administration and reception duties.
- Using SIMS for attendance, data entry, and maintaining student records.
- Providing first aid and welfare support to secondary-aged students.
- Liaising with staff, parents, and external agencies.
- Supporting safeguarding procedures and maintaining accurate records.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous secondary school office or welfare experience is essential.
- Confident using SIMS (essential).
- Holds a valid 3-day First Aid at Work qualification (essential).
Additional Information

- No on-site parking available.
- Candidates with a First Aid qualification close to expiry may be considered if willing to complete refresher training after placement.
