Across our eight education recruitment brands, we work with schools and multi-academy trusts throughout the UK, recruiting across the whole school workforce. Behind every placement is a story: a classroom that keeps learning, a pupil who gets the support they need, a professional who finds the role where they can make a difference. We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to help us tell those stories. WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS Social media and events support every part of our business. It builds our brand presence, helps schools and MATs find us, connects education professionals with their next role, and attracts talented people to join our own teams. We care more about your creativity, enthusiasm and potential. Ideally, you’ll have: A degree in marketing, digital marketing, communications or a related subject, or equivalent practical experience A genuine interest in social media and how different platforms reach different audiences A creative mindset and the confidence to suggest fresh ideas A good eye for design and experience with Canva Strong writing skills and the ability to adapt your tone for different audiences Good organisation, with the ability to juggle multiple brands and deadlines A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and take on feedback The confidence to work with colleagues across the business to find great stories A belief that education matters, and an interest in helping schools thrive WHAT YOU WILL GET FROM US This is a brilliant first step for a graduate or early-career marketer. You’ll work closely with our Marketing Manager and gain hands-on experience across social media, content creation, reporting, campaigns and events. As your confidence grows, so will your responsibility. With eight brands to work across, you’ll have plenty of room to test ideas, learn what resonates and see exactly how your work contributes to our wider goals. Most importantly, you’ll be part of a team whose work helps keep classrooms learning. Ready to make an impact? If you’re creative, curious and excited to use social media to make a real difference in education, we’d love to hear from you
