We are partnering with a warm, welcoming, and inclusive primary school in Lambeth that is seeking a dedicated Teacher to start working with a year 6 class from September.
This is a full‑time opportunity starting in September, with the potential to become permanent with the school.
We are looking for someone with hands‑on experience in KS2 and supporting children with SEN, who can make a positive impact on the pupil's learning and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Support pupils with their learning in class, in small groups, and on a one‑to‑one basis.
- Work closely with pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them access learning and follow individual support plans.
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons, maintaining a positive learning environment and effective behaviour management.
- Monitor pupils' progress and provide feedback to support their learning and development.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Teaching experience & SEN experience.
- A warm, patient, and engaging approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's wellbeing.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Enhanced DBS check and original qualifications documentation required before placement.
