Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 support to pupils to overcome learning barriers and boost confidence.
- Lead small‑group literacy and numeracy interventions under teacher guidance.
- Proactively manage classroom behaviour using the school's positive behaviour policy.
- Prepare bespoke learning materials and interactive resource packs for student needs.
- Escort and supervise pupils during playground, lunchtime, and school trips.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience working with children in school, tutoring or childcare setting.
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills with a patient, empathetic personality.
- Mandatory Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
- Teaching roles require QTS or equivalent (unless not teaching).
