We are seeking a School Administrator with experience working within a school, joining from February 2026 through to the end of the academic year. The school is a pupil‐led faith school with an established reputation in its community, and as the first point of contact you will be expected to use school management software such as SIMS or a similar platform.
Responsibilities
- Front Desk Duties: Greet visitors, parents, and students, and provide them with necessary information and assistance.
- Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining student records, as well as other duties when requested.
- Communication: Handle all manner of phone calls and e‐mail, ensuring effective communication within the school community.
- Ad‐Hoc Tasks: Support staff and students as and when requested during busy periods.
