Are you a Psychology graduate looking to gain hands‑on school experience before progressing into educational psychology, teaching, or child mental health support? We are currently recruiting a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant for a supportive secondary school in Barnet starting this September. This role is ideal for graduates passionate about supporting students both academically and emotionally within the school environment.
Your role will include:
- Supporting students with additional learning and behavioural needs
- Delivering targeted interventions and classroom support
- Working 1:1 and in small groups with pupils
- Helping students remain engaged and confident in lessons
- Assisting staff with behaviour and pastoral support
