Horizon Teachers is looking for an experienced consultant to join our Secondary division. Whether you’re already in education recruitment or you’ve built a successful desk in another market, we want to speak to people who know what good recruitment looks like and want to take their career further.

What are we looking for?
- Someone who is already comfortable in recruitment.
- You’ll ideally have:
- Previous temp recruitment consultancy experience
- A proven track record of generating revenue
- Strong business development skills
- Confidence speaking with clients and candidates
- A commercial mindset
- The drive to hit and exceed targets
- Ambition to progress
- Education recruitment experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
