You have the opportunity to join the team at this centrally based Alternative Provision which has a phenomenal track record of helping young learners reach their true potential. The senior leadership has reached out to Horizon Teachers exclusively to help them find the right person to join their team.

Successful Applicant will:

  • Have a minimum of 6 months working in a PRU or Alternative Provision
  • Be available on a full-time basis
  • Lead by example, setting high standards in terms of attitude and presentation
  • Take a proactive and reflective approach to behaviour management
  • Understand the challenges these learners have faced
  • See all behaviour as an attempt to communicate
  • Know that the right support can change lives and be determined to do just that!
