We are looking for an enthusiastic and caring Level 3 Childcare Practitioner to join our dedicated team and play an important role in supporting our youngest children.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about early years education and enjoys creating positive relationships with children and families.
Main Duties
Provide high-quality care and support for children, ensuring their safety and wellbeing at all times.
Plan and support engaging, age-appropriate activities that encourage children's learning and development.
Build positive and trusting relationships with children, colleagues and parents/carers.
Support children's personal, social and emotional development.
Help maintain a stimulating, well-organised and inclusive learning environment.
Observe and contribute to children's progress and development records.
Work closely with teachers and other members of the school team.
Follow the school's safeguarding, health and safety and child protection procedures.
Promote positive behaviour and encourage children's independence and confidence.
About You
Level 3 Childcare Practitionerwho is caring, enthusiastic and passionate about working with children.
A good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage and be confident in supporting children's learning through play and engaging activities.
Reliable and positive team player with excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to providing outstanding care.
Previous experience working within a school or early years setting would be advantageous.
