Horizon Teachers are recruiting for a reliable and hardworking School Cleaner to join a school based in East Dulwich. The successful candidate will help maintain a clean, safe and hygienic environment for pupils, staff and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning classrooms, corridors, offices and communal areas
  • Vacuuming, mopping, dusting and wiping down surfaces
  • Cleaning and maintaining toilets and washroom facilities
  • Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately
  • Following school health, safety and hygiene procedures

Requirements:

  • Previous cleaning experience is desirable, ideally within a school or similar environment
  • Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is desirable, or willingness to obtain one
