Horizon Teachers are recruiting a friendly and organised School Receptionist for a welcoming school in Enfield. The school has a large Turkish-speaking community, making fluent Turkish language skills highly desirable. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive office team from September.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for pupils, parents and visitors.
- Manage incoming calls, emails and reception enquiries.
- Maintain accurate attendance and pupil records.
- Provide general administrative support to the school office.
- Ensure the reception area runs efficiently each day.
Requirements
- Previous school reception or school office experience.
- Fluent Turkish language skills highly desirable.
- Bromcom experience desirable.
