We are seeking a committed, enthusiastic and compassionate Primary Teacher to join our vibrant and inclusive school community in Tower Hamlets. Your Role:
- Take full responsibility for the planning, delivery and assessment of a broad, balanced and engaging curriculum.
- Create a warm, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment that supports the spiritual, moral, emotional and academic development of every child.
- Embed the school's core values of love, kindness and respect into daily routines, behaviour expectations and teaching practices.
- Use creative and reflective approaches to teaching, incorporating a variety of resources and strategies to meet the needs of learners - including those with SEND and EAL.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and senior leaders to continuously improve teaching and learning outcomes across the school.
