We are seeking a committed, enthusiastic and compassionate Primary Teacher to join our vibrant and inclusive school community in Tower Hamlets. Your Role:

  • Take full responsibility for the planning, delivery and assessment of a broad, balanced and engaging curriculum.
  • Create a warm, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment that supports the spiritual, moral, emotional and academic development of every child.
  • Embed the school's core values of love, kindness and respect into daily routines, behaviour expectations and teaching practices.
  • Use creative and reflective approaches to teaching, incorporating a variety of resources and strategies to meet the needs of learners - including those with SEND and EAL.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and senior leaders to continuously improve teaching and learning outcomes across the school.

About you:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Has strong understanding of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication, organisation and pastoral care skills.
  • Is reflective, resilient and passionate about supporting children from diverse backgrounds.
