Are you a motivated and adaptable Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work in vibrant and diverse primary schools? We are currently seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work on a daily supply basis across a range of well-regarded primary schools in Lambeth. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy variety, want to broaden their classroom experience, or are seeking flexible working opportunities that fit around their schedule.

The Role:

  • Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
  • Working with small groups and on a 1:1 basis to support pupil learning
  • Helping to manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive environment
  • Providing support for pupils with additional needs where required
  • Quickly adapting to different school settings and routines
