Operam Education Group is recruiting an Education Recruitment Team Manager to lead a high-performing billing team across Key Stage Teacher Supply. Starting from £37,000 plus uncapped commission, the role is office-based with 40 hours per week during term time and reduced hours in school holidays.
You will own and grow a 360-recruitment desk, drive billings and gross profit, coach and develop team members, and build strong client relationships to maximise revenue for the schools we support.
