As a Senior Education Recruitment Consultant, you’ll own the full 360 recruitment cycle, delivering temporary staffing solutions to schools across your region. Responsibilities of the role
- Owning and developing a high-performing Education recruitment desk across Primary, Secondary, or SEND, driving consistent revenue growth and expanding market share within your territory.
- Partnering with the Key Accounts and Partnerships team to maximise opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and support strategic territory growth.
- Leading business development activity, securing new school partnerships while maintaining and growing long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Driving commercial success by placing high-quality education professionals into impactful roles, ensuring both client satisfaction and strong desk profitability.
- Taking full ownership of personal and desk performance, consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets and KPIs.
- Acting as a senior figure within the team, leading by example, supporting colleagues, and contributing to a high-performance, collaborative culture within the branch.
What You’ll Need
- Proven success in recruitment, ideally within Education or a related sector, with a strong track record of developing a profitable desk and consistently achieving revenue targets.
- A strong business development mindset, confident in identifying opportunities, winning new clients, and growing long-term partnerships with schools and education leaders.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the credibility to influence senior stakeholders and position yourself as a trusted recruitment partner.
