As a Billing Team Manager, you’ll take ownership of a high‑performing team, driving both billings and business growth across your region in West Yorkshire for Provide Education. Responsibility of Role
- Own and grow your 360‑recruitment desk, delivering billings, gross profit, and client satisfaction.
- Lead, coach, and motivate your team to achieve their billings, GP, and growth targets.
- Set clear expectations, actively recognise success, and challenge underperformance within the team.
- Build strong relationships with clients and candidates to drive revenue and retention.
- Analyse performance data for both your desk and the team to make informed decisions and drive improvements.
- Implement strategic plans to grow your desk and overall team revenue.
- Balance client and candidate needs with team performance to achieve successful outcomes.
- Inspire your team through emotional intelligence, effective communication, and inclusiveness.
