The Opportunity

We're looking for a Labourer who thrives in a hands‑on, fast‑paced environment and wants to be part of a team building cutting‑edge technology that makes a real‑world difference. This is a practical, physical role supporting the day‑to‑day running of our manufacturing operations. You'll help prepare, organise and move components, equipment and materials to support production and assembly teams. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Materials handling – moving, organising and transporting parts, tools and equipment around the facility.
  • Workshop support – helping technicians and engineers prepare work areas and clear down after tasks.
  • Housekeeping – keeping workshop areas clean, safe and well organised.
  • Goods in and dispatch support – assisting with deliveries, packaging and outgoing materials.
  • Stock movement – ensuring parts and components are in the right place at the right time.
  • Ad hoc support tasks – helping the wider team whenever extra hands are needed.

  • Strong work ethic, reliable, proactive and willing to get stuck in.
  • Physical capability – comfortable with manual handling and active work throughout the day.
