The Opportunity
We're looking for an Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of innovative projects developing cutting‑edge technology for the defence sector. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, thrives in a fast‑paced environment and has some project management experience they are looking to build on. Working alongside experienced Project Managers and multidisciplinary engineering teams, you'll play a key role in delivering technologies that help protect the territory and airspace of NATO countries and their allies, while developing your own project management skills and experience.

What You'll Be Doing
- Project Delivery: Support the delivery of engineering projects and project objectives.
- Project Coordination: Work closely with the Project Manager to drive project requirements.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build effective working relationships with Principal Engineers and the wider engineering team.
- Engineering Projects: Contribute to engineering design projects from concept through to delivery.
- Technical Compliance: Work to project deadlines and technical requirement specifications.
- Project Administration: Prepare and maintain project documentation and records.
- Reporting: Provide project progress updates and reporting.
- Supplier & Customer Support: Support supplier coordination activities, including purchase order administration and supplier enquiries, and assist with customer communications where required.
