We're looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to support an internationally operating sales team by processing customer orders, coordinating progress across departments, and managing a large pool of sophisticated demonstration equipment. The role provides essential operational and administrative support to ensure seamless coordination across events, logistics, and customer interactions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing high‑performance demonstration equipment.
  • Maintaining ERP data accuracy.
  • Providing hands‑on operational and technical assistance for sales and marketing events.
  • Supporting an internationally operating sales team, coordinating events planning and logistics.
  • Actively managing the large pool of demonstration equipment (high‑performance cameras, tools, test equipment).
  • Adding purchase orders received from customers into the ERP system while following quality procedures and suggesting improvements.
  • Maintaining coordination of customer delivery updates and enabling timely, accurate engagement.
  • Supporting the Sales and Customer Support teams with input and maintenance of data within the ERP system.
  • Providing operational and technical support to sales‑ and marketing‑led events.
  • Collaborating with a wide range of departments within the business for internal communication and planning.

  • The ability to work autonomously and be self‑motivating.
  • Operational reliability – success is tied to the execution of demonstrations, delivery, and product credibility.
