We’re on a mission to make high‑quality financial advice accessible to everyone, and we’re looking for experienced Wealth Advisers to help drive our next phase of growth. This is a permanent, hybrid role within our employed advice team, offering the chance to build strong client relationships while contributing to a modern, ambitious financial planning business.
The Benefits
- Salary - £53,000 - £64,000
- Bonus scheme - on target bonus – 15%
- Pension scheme - contribute up to 5% of your salary and Openwork will match you and put in an extra 5%

What You’ll Do
- Deliver professional, FCA‑regulated financial planning advice to new and existing clients.
- Conduct regular reviews and provide ongoing service to maintain long‑term relationships.
- Inbound leads provided for you, whilst the opportunity to generate new business through referrals and networking.
- Build strong relationships with partner firms and referral sources.
- Complete thorough fact‑finding in line with the Openwork Suitable Advice Framework.
- Prepare suitability reports and manage applications efficiently and compliantly.
- Clearly explain our proposition and fee structure.
- Match client needs with the right solutions and ensure a seamless experience.
What will you need to succeed?
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Services (essential)
- Proven experience advising on wealth products
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working to targets
