Join our Payment Services team and play a key role in ensuring timely, accurate and efficient processing of all payments to advisers. This is a critical position where attention to detail, reliability and ability to work to deadlines is essential. You will act as a member of the Payment Services team, helping it to achieve its operational objectives and ensuring that it delivers a high quality and cost effective service. This is a 12 month fixed-term contract, 3 days a week in the Swindon office.

- Salary - £24,456 to £26,000
- Bonus scheme - on target bonus - 7.5%

Key Accountabilities:
- You will assist the business in processing income attributable to financial advisers.
- You will allocate income received to business submissions.
- Processing income in line with company procedures.
- You will be responsible for investigating unallocated transactions and action where required to allow their allocation.
- Maintaining accurate and timely financial records.
- Supporting the preparation of month end reporting.
- Providing modular and ad-hoc adviser training on submission requirements and reporting systems.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with product provider commission & agency teams.
- Analysing and reporting trends in submission errors and queries to support ongoing adviser engagement programmes.
- Contribution to the process definition and policy decisions.
- Promoting positive customer relationships.
- Demonstrate flexibility by responding to internal customer requests in a positive and timely manner.
What will you need to succeed?
- Experience of operating in a busy and demanding multi-functional role.
- A strong understanding of Openwork Partners / Advisers, with an appreciation of the challenges and pressures they face, with the ability to deal /adapt as appropriate.
- Able to manage and positively influence effective and cohesive relationships with often challenging customers with very high expectation levels.
- Issue resolution and complaint handling.
- Strong understanding of related policies and procedures as affects/impacts payments.
- Awareness of Financial Services.
- Experience of dealing with hard-wired mandatory targets and to strict SLAs.
