As a Mortgage and Protection Adviser, your role is to proactively own and manage high quality mortgage, protection and GI advice following the Openwork Sales Process guidelines. This is a permanent, hybrid role, based in our Swindon office, with the requirement to be in the office 3 days a week. Join our mission to make financial advice accessible to everyone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing communications with clients, advisers and 3rd party contacts.
  • Demonstrating an excellent and comprehensive up to date knowledge of existing Openwork Mortgage, Protection & GI product suite.
  • Identifying customer needs and provide accurate and compliant advice relevant to customer’s individual situation through professional and confident communication.
  • Pro-actively follow up pipeline cases proactively and timely to establish a case resolution.
  • Ensuring that all cases follow the Openwork’s T&C Framework.
  • Be responsible for the end to end advice process.

What will you need to succeed?

  • Desirable | CEMAP or equivalent
  • Desirable | 2 years+ experience on Mortgage Advice
  • Desirable | 1 years+ experience in Protection Advice
  • Desirable | GI sales experience
  • A clear communicator who can engage clients over the phone
  • Proven track record as a Mortgage Adviser, exceeding quality and income targets
  • Exceptional telephone sales skills
  • Ability to work to predetermined deadlines in a fast paced, target driven environment
  • Self-motivated with ability to work within a team
  • A result orientated individual with drive, determination and a great deal of integrity
