We're looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team and play a key role in delivering proposition communications, marketing campaigns and business-as-usual (BAU) marketing activity across our adviser network. This is a fast-paced, operationally focused position that would suit someone who enjoys managing multiple projects, collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring high-quality communications are delivered effectively and on time. Working within a busy Marketing team, you'll support the delivery of communications and marketing campaigns to advisers and clients, while maintaining key marketing systems, adviser-facing content and proposition materials.
Please note, this is a hybrid role based in our Swindon office 3 days per week.

Key Accountabilities
- Plan, build and execute weekly proposition emails using Dot Digital.
- Coordinate adviser communications, ensuring activity is scheduled, created and delivered on time.
- Collate and analyse marketing MI, including email performance and campaign engagement.
- Work closely with Proposition teams, Communication teams, SMEs and external suppliers.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing processes, including briefing, workflow management, budget tracking and system administration.
What will you need to succeed?
- Proven marketing experience within Financial Services.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms.
- Experience using content management systems and digital asset management tools.
- Strong written communication, literacy and numeracy skills.
- Pro-active, adaptable and solutions-focused approach.
- Demonstrable track record of delivering projects and campaigns to deadline.
